Is there a time limit for returning an item?
15 Days.
We are pleased to offer what we believe is one of the best return policies in the industry. All returns are reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis. Some returns will be authorized/refused at the discretion of a manager.
Can I return an item without a receipt?
No, returns cannot be made without a receipt of proof of purchase.
How can I ensure that the item I am returning will be accepted for a refund?
If you are returning a big ticket item that requires special transportation arrangements, please contact customer service support team.
How will I be refunded for my Shop Smart Canada order?
If the item you ordered online is picked up by one of our carriers, your refund will be issued back through the same method of payment used for your order. Depending on your reason for returning the item and other factors, the shipping cost of returning the item may be deducted from your total refund amount.
Do I need to return my order with the original packaging?
The original packaging must be intact for an item to be returned.
Who will pay for the shipping cost when I return my order?
In most cases, your return shipping costs will be covered by Shop Smart Canada. However, depending on the reason for your return, the shipping fees may be subtracted from your total refund amount, or you may have to make the return shipment at your own cost.
